I also have five identical villas around the pool area with ocean views and a direct ocean view beach level 4-bedroom villa and two direct ocean view beach level studio villas. This listing is for the three 3-bedroom villas with direct ocean views with the beach about 30 yards straight ahead and the pool and BBQs about 30 yards to your right. Reservation Deposit is 30% and due at booking. Remaining Payment
is due 60 days prior to your trip; both are not refundable.
Rental tax is 13.962%, cleaning fee is $250 and a refundable damage deposit of $500 is required. Additional cleanings are available for $100 per cleaning.
