We buzzed at the gate and no one answered. Someone let us through with their key card and we found our townhouse. There was no information about whom to call to get keys, etc. We were finally able to get a live person on our phones and she chastised us saying there were instructions on our confirmation letter (there weren't). Once this was cleared up, a guard showed up on a bicycle gave us our keys and everything was perfect after that. I would recommend this location to our friends. This was the only glitz at the resort. We would definitely rent this unit again. Turtle Bay Resort had a lot of nerve charging us to park for the beach however. Property Manager Response: I am so sorry you had that experience with the hotel. Unfortunately, there is no connection between us and the Turtle Bay Resort. The trick is you have to ask for "free" beach parking or they will give you the other type of pass. We agree that it is unfair, and we are constantly trying to work something out with the hotel.
