I arrived after 4 pm, so the office was closed. My instructions included a gate code which did not work and indicated I should park in a parking space that had a car in it already (condo owners I guess). If not for a friendly vacationer that had a similar problem the day before, it would have been a real pain to get in. Once I gained entry and got the gate pass it was not a problem. I had to call to find out that I should park in the guest parking which is first come first serve. If it had filled, I don't know what I would have done. It was a bit of an inconvenience, but nothing major. The gate code could have been a real pain. The unit itself was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. I would stay again, but all things being equal, I would choose another unit to have an assigned parking space if possible. We don't have any bugs were we live so I was resigned to the fact that we would have to deal with at least ants but there were absolutely no bugs at all! I think they live in the wood furniture and come out when food is around which is a problem because when you take a plate of food to the coffee table to eat and watch tv.. the bugs tend to come out. They were also on the dresser in the bedroom. It made me feel like they were crawling on me. Because the place was nice and clean outside of this bug situation... I would say, "I'd consider maybe coming back again, would recommend it to friends who don't mind the bugs, but would probably seek another location first and used this as a second or third option. If you like bugs and noise you'll love this place! Kim L. from San Diego, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 11 days in August, 2010 The condo was in fair condition as far as the remodeled kitchen and tile floors. The master bed was entirely too small for two people and was rock hard. The sofa bed was even worse. The place looked like it could use a good scrubbing, but the worst part were the bugs and noise. I might expect a few pests here and there, but not to be all but eaten alive by mosquitos and little miserable ants. Roaches were common as well. You couldn't really cook in the unit unless you wanted to fight off ants the whole time. When I called to enquire about the ant problem the property agent asked me "if I wanted them to come and murder the ants for me." They start grooming the golf course at 4:45 a.m. and the noise wakes you every morning. The noise from the bar echoing down the fairway keeps you awake until late into the evening as well. We left the condo and checked into the resort half way though our stay. No, we'll never go to the condo's again, or recommend it to anyone. It was only about a 10-15 minute leisurely walk to the beach around the hotel. It was just minutes from the closest pool, but all pools are fairly close. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
