We(me, gf and 4 kids) were relocated to this unit(i guess original unit was removed from listing). However, this unit turned out to be awesome. I'm a local resident for 35 years. Didn't swim in the pool at all when we went to the beach often. We cooked our food everyday to save money. Basically, I would come back. 5 star rating based on description and price. needs a remodel or reduce the price. A guest from bolinas, california does not recommend this property. Stayed for 8 days in February, 2013 This condo badly needs updating and repair. The carpets are stained, the screen door was broken, the garbage disposal didn't work properly, the bathroom in the master was funky, one of the cabinet doors was moldy and there were no pans, just a few old pots. It?s a great layout and a good location but that?s about it. It's definitely over priced for how funky it is. I would definitely not say here again and would not recommend any one does until they remodel or reduce the price by 60%. Stayed for 7 days in January, 2013 The place was very hard to locate in the middle of the night. GPS takes you 8 miles away to the office. Lock box for key would not work. Porch light was burnt out. Screen door was broken. We tgouvht we were at someones appartment. Kitchen had everything to cook with. Place was large and roomy. With some work and updating this place would be very nice. The propery desperately needs some fixing up. Chantel B. from Mission, BC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in January, 2013 There are many things in the place that need fixing, closets and patio doors off track, shower door hard to move, cupboard doors that need to be rehung so they close properly. The screen door is broken, there was no plug for the bathtub, the ensuite toilet overflowed the first night, had to have a plumber in. Garburator didn't work, 2 lights with burnt out bulbs and no spares to be seen, both TV remotes had dead batteries and none to be found, one chair broken at island, two glass shelves in fridge missing... The place needs some attention, with a few fixes it will be a decent place to stay at, but until then, not worth the $$. Dissatisfied Reviewed by: Brian M. does not recommend this property. Stayed for 73 days in June, 2012 My family and I visited Hawaii for the summer for my job. For the price the condo goes for it should be remodeled and redecorated. Very out of day furniture, some furniture was even broken. The kitchen wasn't equipped with everything need to stay for a long time. Had to call maintaince in the first week there for broken showers , cabinets, and toilets. The condo was not clean when we arrived yet they charge a cleaning fee!?? I would not recommend anyone renting this condo unless several things are addressed and changed.
