Photographs are of one of my actual Villas. This villa has a lockout door and can be locked off and rented separately or you can open it up and rent it jointly with my 3-bedroom villa to make a big 4-bedroom villa. I have a second floor villa and a beach level villa. Please contact me for details.

is due 60 days prior to your trip; both are not refundable.
Rental tax is 13.962%, cleaning fee is $150 and a refundable damage deposit of $500 is required. Additional cleanings are available for $80 per cleaning.
