Problems with Unit A guest from Boerne, Texas does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2012 The problem with the property is the air conditioning unit did not work, even following the instructions given (similar condo stayed much cooler). The refrigerator went into defrost mode and did not stay cool for over 24 hours, destroying food in freezer and refrigerator. Would recommend The Hollows to a friend just not this unit. Too Warm A guest from Fair Oaks Ranch, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2012 Poorly operating refrigerator. Had to throw out food. We did not overload as warned. The wall between the frig and freezer was so hot you could hardly touch it. AC worked fine but we were warned not to set thermostat below 78. At 78 it was hot in the unit and made it difficult to sleep. Property Manager Response: Response from Lake Travis & Co. The AC should be set no lower than 72 and no higher than 78- sorry for any confusion. We have addressed the refrigerator issue too! Come back and see us again soon!
