Great! Reviewed by: A guest recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 In all we had a great time staying at this property. It was clean, very quiet area, a bit far from downtown Austin, but in all a great escape. I was sure I asked about wifi when I first contacted management and was told there was wifi, but to our disappointment we were told last minute that there was no wifi. The app to check in was not that helpful, nowhere did it indicate the unit number or clear instructions on how to obtain the key, nor was there clear instructions on where to park. We did not find the beach access card and no one could help us find it and had to borrow one from the kind man who manages the Hollows. In all, I just wish we had a little more information on the app as we more or less had to figure out a lot of things on our own. This was a very nice place to stay. Reviewed by: Diane S. recommends this property. Stayed for 30 days in January, 2013 The office was updating the manuals. We had no maps, or other information regarding The Hollows. Had some problems with the gate but were resolved. Again, info would've been helpful.
