Make this your secret getaway in the mountains! Perched on a hillside bluff, this tin-roofed yet modern cabin offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains, a spacious and roomy layout and most importantly, privacy. The main level of this home features an open great room, an abundance of windows to let in the natural light, cathedral ceilings, wood floors, a beautiful and massive stone fireplace, plenty of seating and a 52 inch flat screen TV with Satellite and DVD player. The spacious kitchen comes fully-equipped with a flat panel GE profile stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and plenty of counter space. Dine at the large farm table with leather chairs and seating for 6. The master suite is located on the main floor and features a king bed, attached spacious bathroom with a large walk in shower, and a walk in closet, complete with fluffy spa robes.

A half bath and separate laundry room with utility sink is included downstairs. Additionally, a pool table is included in the unfinished basement.

Up the staircase featuring a beautiful custom iron handrail, you?ll find an additional bedroom featuring a queen bed. A jack and jill bathroom with a shower/tub combination connects this bedroom to a roomy sleeping loft featuring two daybeds, offering additional sleep accommodations.


Outside, you?ll enjoy the breathtaking views from the large covered deck that offers plenty of seating with rocking and Adirondack chairs, gas grill and a 4-person hot tub.

Privacy, remote but close to town, hot tub, nice furnishings, fireplace, and good price. This was perfect. We really enjoyed the deer, bunnies, birds, long range views, sunsets, fog, rain, hammock, front porch rocking chairs, hot tub, wrap around porch, comfortable bed, nice towels, house layout, just everything. The perfect place for a peaceful and private get away! Randall V. from Garner, NC recommends this property. The view, fireplace, hot tub, pool table and overal appointments provided certainly met our expectations and we didn't want to leave. Everything was very clean except the floors and I'm sure that was just an honest over sight. Our only two issues was the lack of an ironing board and iron and that much to our surprise you are responsible for hauling your own trash away to a community dumpster that was so far out of our way up a flooding gravel road in the heavy rains at the time that we had to just give up and haul our trash home over 350 miles. Small Inconvience compared to the spectacular location and home! We would definitely visit again! Stayed for 2 days in November, 2012 Hubby and I left the kids at home and just wanted to relax in front of the tv but upon arrival, the directv didn't work. Kept giving us an error code even after resetting receiver. Called directv and they said receiver had to be replaced! Contacted the broker who sent someone out to look at tv. He wasn't able to fix it so NO tv for 3 days!! Granted, stuff happens but I will never book a rental with only one tv again. Upstairs bath drain was stopped up and a ring around tub. Broker said she'd address it with the new cleaning lady. All considered we still enjoyed our stay. Beautiful scenery and relaxing. Comfy beds, clean home, stocked kitchen. Best hot tub view city lights so endless stars!! Would try it again if they added a tv in the master and I knew the den receiver had been replaced.
