Close to the shops and the beach Position: Ideally situated one mile from the centre of the charming resort of Jard sur Mer with its selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The small yachting harbour and the beautiful sandy beaches are just over a mile away. A trip to the historic town of La Rochelle through the lush green countryside of the Marais Poitevin with its network of waterways should not be missed! .The house is in a quiet residential area. There is a well tended enclosed large garden with an above ground pool (6.4x3.2m), garden furniture and barbecue.

Interior:
This house is exceptionally spacious and has been decorated and furnished with lots of love and care. Well equipped separate kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, cafetiere and toaster. The large living room has a heavy farmhouse table with matching benches, armchairs in the lounge area and a large single bed under the mezzanine. Up the narrow staircase to the mezzanine under the eaves is a small room with a bed for a teenager. There are two double bedrooms, (one opens onto the garden terrace), shower room and separate wc. Electricity and water payable locally. One large towel per person and initial supply of bed linen included.
