Costa Linda, a brand new condominium residence composed of 250 units, is only 300 meters away from the beach in north Jaco. The walk is only 5 minutes.
Surrounded by a natural environment and landscaped respecting the native flora, this exclusive residential community is ideally located on the quiet north end of town, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars.
The condominiums shared amenities include a large L-shaped pool and children?s pool, with plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas, three children?s playgrounds and five BBQ charcoal grills. Ample, free, off street parking and 24 hour security at the gate and around the community is also included. Elevators are present in all buildings.
Condominium vacation rental unit 3-13 is located on the fourth floor. The condo is very nicely decorated in a modern style with a tropical accent. The furnishings include hardwood furniture and a very comfortable plush living set, together with modern appliances such as a stackable washer and dryer, ceramic top stove/oven with air extractor and large refrigerator.
A large 32 inch LCD TV is ideal for entertainment. You have the choice of central air conditioning, ceiling fans or the ocean breeze. The bedding is composed of two Double beds and one single sleeper sofa.

Delightful Stay John G. from Montpelier, Virginia recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in January, 2010 Had a great time in Jaco, Costa Rica. It was my second time there. The unit was very nice, inexpensive, and the management seems excellent. I would recommend the unit especially for those with a family or on a budget. The facility is family oriented which was great for us. If you are looking for a surf shack there are plenty in the area. If you are looking for beach, fishing, rest and relaxation this is the spot for you. Our only issue was the hallway light coming loose/unanchored from the ceiling stucco which is a common occurance in tropical/high humidty locations. Management seemed prompted on fixing the issue.
