Villa Chiaretta B is a characteristic one-story independent house. It sleeps four people. It is appoximately 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, air conditioning and winter heating.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Casamicciola Terme, where you will find restaurants, the shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the local bus at 100 meters (330 feet).
Villa Chiaretta B is located on the ground floor of the building. You will reach it from the street level going down a stairway which consists of approximately six steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Chiaretta B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 50 meters (165 feet), in a reserved parking space.

Villa Chiaretta is situated on top of the charming fishermen village of Casamicciola Terme, renowned for the numerous lovely thermal Spas. The villa is composed by two small constructions divided into apartments and separated by a wonderful green area.

The apartments are all facing the south and sea and, from the ones endowed with the splendid terraces on the first floor, you'll be able to enjoy breathtaking views of the coast and sea. You will find particularly fascinating the unique panorama on the small port of Lacco Armeno.

Villa Chiaretta's located in a short boulevard flanked with white double-floor houses, typical accommodations in the isle of Ischia. The boulevard, practicable by car from the residents, is closed by a large shared swimming pool.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 1.8 meters (6 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the coast and of the sea at a distance. You will share the pool with other guests staying at the complex, as well as with non-resident guests. It is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Laundry room
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.  Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. They include two single divan beds. There is a practical fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter the small terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table to seat two guests. The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small patio through a French door.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
