The Rose, room 405 A guest from Ottawa, ON does not recommend this property. Stayed for 28 days in March, 2013 The building exterior/grounds/pool were very well maintained. Very clean. Florida Lifestyles was very helpful. They responed to our calls for repairs promptly (adjusting patio door screens, plugged sink drain and so on). They were very helpful. Our unit smelled musty and also of urine (dog?, cat?). The carpets were dirty and several areas were stained. A carpet cleaning company came and cleaned the carpets (this helped somewhat). They recommended removal of an area rug in the living room. The carpet cleaner said it smelled very strongly of urine. The tub/shower unit in the master bathroom leaked into the unit below us. We were unable to use it. The tub is surface mounted and when the shower was used water got onto the tile surface and leaked thru to the unit below. There is no opening for this water to drain away. The carpets should be removed and the furniture should be cleaned in an effort to get rid of the smells. Property Manager Response: Response from Florida Lifestyle Vacation Rentals. Inc. disappointing site for family reunion Dick E. from Clearwater, FL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 28 days in February, 2013 a long list of problems. dirty dishes,no glasses ,few towels,poor tv,dirty carpets and an agent upset because we expected more for their $5000.00fee. we toughed it out because in February there were no other 3 bedroom units available a very bad agent Property Manager Response: Response from Florida Lifestyle Vacation Rentals. Inc. Thank you for your feedback. Upon check-in, the guest was informed that this was the first time the unit was rented and there might be some things that were needed. While there the guest requested a new TV for the living room and storage in the bathrooms. Within 3 day, there was a new TV installed in the living room and both bathroom closets were emptied of owner personal belongings so the guest could use them for storage. When notified that the guest had found some marks on a glass, our housekeeping manager went there and hand washed all glasses. We strive for guest satisfaction.
