Bright & Beachy three bedroom, two bath, Gulf Front Sand Castle II condo sleeps 8 & has Free WiFi too! The Gulf front living area has a new tile floors, paint, sofa, loveseat, flatscreen TV & DVD. Gulf front master bedroom with balcony, king size bed, cable TV & ensuite bath with tile shower. The second bedroom has two double beds and a new flatscreen TV and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. The full kitchen has newer appliances and there is a washer & dryer in the condo. There are two elevators in the building, a beachfront heated pool, spa and gas BBQ grills. Right across the street is The Pub, for drinks or dining and other restaurants like the Salt Rock Grill nearby. 7 night rental minimum

Sand Castle II unit 2505 Indian Shores, FL June 2013 A guest from Palatine, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in May, 2013 We really enjoyed our stay here. Four adults and four young children. The bedding arrangements were perfect. Location could not be better. There were some maintenance issues but they were taken care of promptly. It was a great experience. The location is absolutely perfect. Very quite -- we never heard people in the other condos. The condo was very spacious and open. We loved the view as this property is right on the ocean. The pool, jacuzzi and grounds are maintained daily. The condo was a perfect size - the owner put in a new dryer while we were there. Everything is modern and very clean. You can tell the owners have done a nice job of updating this property. It felt like home. Future recommendation upgrades: New Shower Stall Door to the Master Bedroom and TV in the third bedroom. We would absolutely love to come back to this property. I don't have room to say enough nice things about the staff at Waterfront Vacation Rentals. They were most helpful with the decisions we made concerning water activities and excursions. Indian shore is a well kept community and the Condo is right on the beautiful beach. Although there are no ?Chain? restaurants near the condo you really don?t need them as The Pub right across the street offers a wide variety of choices for very reasonable prices. No Complaints about the management company. Would also like to mention ?Madeira Beach Garage?. We needed some repairs done on our Van and their service was excellent. The view of the ocean was perfect from our balcony. Our stay was pretty marvelous considering hurricane Issac was suppose to hit the day we arrived.We were all so excited that the sun shined everyday. And there was not even any rain all week. We really enjoyed the fact that we never had to drive far to see a new adventure, shop, or eat. Maybe some day we can go back. We were not sure if the linens on the beds were clean. The sliding glass door in living room would not lock and was difficult to open. Kitchen counters were filthy. so much hope for a cool place, but no A guest from Snohomish, WA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 11 days in May, 2012 I give it 3 stars because the view from the condo is fantastic, and overall our vacation was great. BUT, to start out with location, it was fine for us, but its kind of far from stores and general public, but some people like that. The biggest downer is that the amenities did not work properly. The dishwasher made the dishes even dirtier, the 2 vaccuum cleaners were broken, the drier took forever to dry clothing. Also, there werent enough towels, so we called and they did bring a few more sets. One thing is for sure, this isn't a 'home away from home' condo. Everything was cheap and uncomfortable, from the mattresses and linens, to the dishes and pots and pans. There was only one or two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom and one roll roll of paper towels. The carpet is dirty (along with not being able to vaccuum it). We will not be staying in these properties because for paying so much, there is just too much that is unsatisfactory. Sorry Property Manager Response: Response from Waterfront Vacation Rentals Inc. King mattress in the master bedroom was new Aug. 2011 and the 2nd bedroom with the queen bed was new April 2012. Both of very high quality. The 2 double beds will be replaced before too long. Tenants receive paperwork prior to their arrival telling them they must provide their own toilet paper and paper towels. There is only enough to get them started. Pots and pans were new June 2011. Perfect Indian Shores Location for a Family Vacation A guest from Kingston, ON recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in December, 2011 We enjoyed the wonderful location of this roomy and efficiently designed condo. It was perfect for a couple with three teenagers.The WIFI was appreciated by the kids when we turned in after a day of exploring. The sunsets from the roomy balcony were gorgeous. The pool and hottub were clean and kept at a great temperature. The beach was lovely and nice for jogs as was the Gulf Blvd with the safe walking and biking lanes. The condo is within walking distance of several affordable locally owned restaurants and pubs and within easy driving distance to a grocery store; as well as Clearwater, John's Pass, St. Pete's and Tampa. We feel that this was a great value and we would not hesitate to recommend this property to our friends! Disappointing Condo and Property in charming community and beautiful beach Lisa H. from Cummings, GA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2011 Upon arrival the exterior of the building-awnings, paint, interior elevators- fading, worn, dirty. Our unit was not up to date nor clean. Our shower was small, old glass door that did not shut,covered in mold, interior tiles cracked and grout was dirty. The couches in the living room were worn to the point that seems were torn, the upholstery was dirty, and food crumbs were present on arrival. The kitchen was out dated, but clean. The carpet was worn and dirty showing many stains. I called the property manager to see if there were any other untis available, but due to the 4th holiday there were no other units available. I reported the above reasons for my disappointment. The agent replied that I should be satisfied because a NFL football player had stayed their prior to my arrival and he was satisfied with the condo. This was not a proper response to my concerns. I travel frequently to Destin,Fl. and pay the same rate for the condo and have NEVER had a unit like I received. Your owner needs to update/clean unit before you continue to keep it in your rental program. My family made the most of the beautiful area, but I will never use this property again. Needs serious TLC A guest from Ackworth, GA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2011 Loved the area. Condo location was great. Halfway between Clearwater and St. Pete. Very quiet. Beach was wonderful. Guests were friendly. Pub resturant across street very convenient but food was overpriced and quality not that good. Better resturants in Clearwater and St. Pete. Condo building has seen it's better days, in need of a lot of TLC. Pool was a pool and thats about it--we stayed at the beach. Condo unit was small, bathrooms needed remodel--moldy tile is unacceptable. Mattresses were the worst I have ever slept on!! Unit also needed a good cleaning. Furniture was worn but still funtional.. Overall a great time, you cant beat area. Great condo if your there for the beach only.
