Great property with a disapointing M/B mattress HARVEY S. from Ottawa, ON recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in June, 2012 This Property was really nice and fully updated....just a couple of things ...Floors were Sandy and sticky in places upon our arrival, the Master Bedroom Comforter had a fresh Blood Stain on it ,the master code to get into the building only worked 2 out of the 14 days that we stayed, which we were only given 2 sets of keys so that meant we always had to let someone in by the key, the elevator was extremely slow, but the stairs were right out the front door. Their is a Tenant in # 706 that other tenants call the CONDO NATZIE , she was always eagle eyeing everything that was done by the guest and telling them what to do and not to do all the other tenants that lived there were really nice and helpful!!! This unit could have a little more kitchen items for their guest to use. And last but not least...all the Bedrooms have 13" TV's....including the Master Bedroom...which you can't even see when your lying in bed because its on this short little table, couldn't figure that out at all!!!!! For a $ 3500 rental you would expect a nice flat screen on the wall!!! But don't get me wrong...I highly would recommend this unit if you want to feel at home...but if that doesn't matter to you, there is a few units at the ROSE that guest were renting for $ 2700 A MONTH..... The Fabulous Rose 402 DAVID M. from Hudsonville, Michigan recommends this property. Stayed for 21 days in April, 2012 We like everything about the Rose 402. The decor is outstanding,the appliances are top notch, the location is nearby all the places we like to go to up and down Gulf Boulevard and the beach access is great. We like to have doors open instead of air conditioning. Ceiling fans would help. We love the Master Suite except the the sheets supplied are much too small for the matress. It would be nice to have late afternoon shade on the outside deck: perhaps an umbrella or a retractable awning. This was our second year at the Rose 402 and we have reserve it for next year also and are already looking forward to next year at the Rose 402. Rental Agency not forthcoming about construction on property. A guest from Jonesboror, Ark does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in January, 2011 The condo itself was very nice--recently remodeled, however, there was construction on the floor below while the parking deck and balconies were being reenforced. Since we checked in on a Sat., the weekend was nice, however, Monday morning, we were awakened at 7:35 with jackhammering outside our bedroom and living room balcony doors and at least 10 workmen talking loudly and laughing----not conditions for a restful, peaceful vacation. On Tuesday morning, it was a cement mixer at 7:35. Since the realty company did not know for sure when the work would be finished and since we had not been told it was even going on so we could make a decision before we checked in, we decided to move (we were staying 4 wks). The company had no vacancies in which to move us, so we had to get out and find somewhere to move. While we expected to pay something, we DID NOT expect to pay for full cleaning or damage waiver-------we felt the realty company should absorb some responsibility in the matter, since they withheld vital information about the condition of the property. The only concern the company had was to milk as much money out of us as they could and not accept any responsibility in THEIR error. Needless to say, our taste of condo rental online is sour.
