Our Indian Shores home is a 30 day rental in a quiet and private building right on the beach. Penthouse style elevator entrance to the 4th floor in a 5 story building. Ideal for families who are looking to have a relaxing, lengthy vacation or for someone looking for a longer term rental home. Taking up a full half floor, the expansive condo has gorgeous direct gulf front views as well as intercoastal. We have 3 large and beautifully decorated bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. One King size bed, and 3 Queen size beds provides ample room for up to 8 people. Our large open concept gourmet kitchen has a view of the great room as well as the beach. Enjoy a separate TV/movie room where kids can watch Disney while you enjoy the sunset or adult dinners!!. you watch golf in quiet while they sprawl around the great room watching movies with the surround sound system. There is an enclosed office for the working person - wireless internet provided. The office shares a private balcony with the master suite. The condo has room for the family or for entertaining clients. It is finished is top of the line materials and fully furnished. Housekeeping available upon request. There is a convenience store across the street for last minute ice cream runs or wine shortage!! Tampa International Airport is an easy 25 minutes away and there are several 5 Star restaurants within a 5 minute drive. No Smoking & No Pets, Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay,we have been comming to this area for the past 12yrs or so.We are already booked back for next year, different condo tho.Found it to be a bit of a pain with no washrooms around the pool area especilly with small children.Also there were no bbq's around the pool....you are only permitted to have electric grills on you unit and we do a lot of grilling when were on vacation.I gave a 3 star for the second question because for the first 2 weeks we didn't have any pool furniture,it was destroyed by a storm,,,but it was replaced while we were there. Over all we had a wonderful vacation. The staff at Lifestyles vacations are wonderful people,,,they are always there to help if there are any problems.
