horrible beds A guest from Kennesaw, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 The king bed was like sleeping on a lumpy park bench. One of the full sized beds slumped to the middle and one was tilted so far to one side it couldn't be used. The microwave was broken and had been broken for over a week when we arrived. It was finally fixed just before we left. The condo could be very nice with a few inexpensive repairs. but as is it's barely usable. Kitchen microwave was not working and dishwasher door was broken but it was still useable. Quick response to broken air conditioner on Sunday. Mattress in master bedroom is a real back breaker. Advertised for eight but only four dinner table chairs. Second stay at this condo because this unit was the only one still available for our specific week. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 We loved Sand Castle III The only minor complaint would be the parking space is very tight and sometimes you have a hard time finding a spot to park. Secondly, there were the same people that reserve most of the pool chairs each day...and reserve the beach chairs at the same time leaving very little seating available at the pool. Condo dirty, nice small building, great balcony. A guest from East Chicago, IN does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 Floors filthy, towels smelled of vinegar, MB bed sheets were not changed smelled of BO, vents in front hall and MB bath had black mold growing on them,rotting potatoes in kitchen cabinet.Just a gross condo needs super cleaning. Sand Castle III, Unit 603 A guest from LAND O LAKES, FLORIDA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2011 Great location. Condo is in need of some maintenance (sliding doors, window blinds, shower heads). Floors need a good scrubing. Kitchen is lacking some basic items such as a can opener and working toaster. Poor Value KATHLEEN L. from LOUISVILLE, KY does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2011 We have stayed along the Florida coast for almost 30 years and this has to be the worst value ever. For almost $1900 we have had much, much better. Our biggest issue was how poorly the Condo was equipped and in particular the kitchen. There were 2 small pots to cook in and one was left scortched from a previous renter. The larger pot (1qt) had a handle that fell off and I had to fix. The refrigerator door had all but one shelf guard missing so there was no storage in the door. No metal spatula or tongs to cook on the grill. no blender. the bottom rack of the dishwasher is broken. I could go on but you get the picture. No DVD player. No area rugs. Toilet seat in the master is obviously the cheapest plastic that could be found and would not even stay up. Carpet in the master is old and stained. The frustrating thing is that none of this is really major. Simply invest $1,000 in giving a guest what they need to be comfortable.
