Florida vacation A guest from Springfield, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 Property needs maintenance; furnace filter was filthy. TV not working in one bedroom; quit week before but was not replaced while we were there. This was our 3rd/4th stay in this condo and would probably return but few things need to be taken care of. Not Happy! Jack S. from Algonquin, IL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 1 days in April, 2012 The furniture is extremely old and dirty. The bedroom sets are old and warn out. Light fixtures missing bulbs, broken blinds, no batteries in TV remotes. We stayed in this unit one night and demanded we be moved. This situation only added to the problem. We were booked at another unit #301 at the Chateaux where we normally stay and the condo owner decided that they would rather stay in the unit and canceled our reservation 2 weeks prior to our arrival. We were then moved to Paradise Island, a few days later we were told that this unit had sold and we were moved to Sea Gate. Not a fun way to spend your vacation. Oustanding week in Indian Shores A guest from BIRMINGHAM, AL recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 This beachfront unit is an excellent choice for a family seeking a perfect location. Pristine beach with lounge chair rental service. Very clean pool on the property. You can enjoy your stay and never have to drive your car. Within walking distance are dining choices, pubs, the public libary and even a great putt-putt golf course. Fishing in the surf or on the intercoastal canal are steps away. (Reddington Shores Bait and Tackle Shop is a short drive). An excellent shuttle service operates along the beach road. Off campus, you'll enjoy Busch Gardens, spring training baseball (Go Yankees) and Ybor City (dine at Columbia and see Flamingo dancers). Wonderful Vacation!!!! A guest from Hixson, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2011 The condo was very clean and comfortable. Personally I think the property needed some maintenance, such as light bulbs in the bathrooms and the water pressure in the sink faucets in one bathroom needed to be fixed, other than those little things we were very happy with this property. Also, only about half of the lights had bulbs that were not burnt out. We do plan to stay again next year despite these issues - the location is choice. Sea Gate was a disappointment Ronda S. from Houghton Lake, MI does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2011 We stayed at this same unit 3 years ago & were very happy. 2 years ago we stayed at another place/unit through same agency and loved it. This year we were very disappointed. Ceilings fans, lights, doorways & stuff were all covered with an inch of dust. kitchendrawers/cabinets were full of dust, bugs and Mold! Carpeting was stained & dirty. Floors were not swept or vaccummed good & our daughter stepped on a piece of glass on the balcony. There were holes in the walls & black scuff marks. Bath towels were worn out & thin & falling apart. Master bedroom sheets were too small for the bed & forever falling off all night long. Washer/dryer was old & the dishes were mismatched, cheap & not enough. The window in guest room did not lock properly. Elevator is very old & slow! Not enough luggage carts & the ones they did have were rusted & wheels didnt work proper. No bath tub or hot tub available at these units. Mirrors & windows were filthy.
