Stayed for 14 days in March, 2013 Loved the furnishings & decor...ultra comfortable couches & diningroom chairs but too bad I can't say the same for the beddings especially the overly flattened pillows. Nice fluffy towels! Plenty of beach chairs & toys in the balcony storage area. Disappointed with pool being on Gulf Blvd. which made it hard to escape the traffic noise when you're trying to relax poolside. Toilet flushing next door was extra loud , not to mention kids running back & forth above us & dribbling ball at 3am. Probably would not rent again because of the noise issues. This year we decided to find a condo. We had a great experience. The view was awesome the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Having a number of kids we really appreciated all the beach toys and boogie boards. They all had a ball in the water. It was also nice that there were plenty of televisions so not everyone had to watch the same thing. The only thing unfortunate was we had to deal with a bit of garage work right under us and it made it very difficult to hear each other our first day there. Not something that will probably happen again though. We were very comfortable in this condo and would highly recommend it to others. Great Beach Getaway A guest from Orlando, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 We (2 adults and 2 boys under 10 yrs.) stayed for one week in July and we had a great time. Nicely updated decor (best in entire building), but couches were a bit worn (arm-rests) and it would be nice to have some kid-friendly dishware/cups besides storage containers, and some pantry space as the cupboards were packed with dishes. Also, some instructions for the elevator and pool code. And a key for locked inside doors (bathroom, ect.). Also, not many cable TV channels, esp. in bedrooms. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 the overall experience was great however for this particular appartment we rented I suggest the following. The beds are in dire need of new some help, pillows are hard as rocks and toilet lids are too small for the toilet. Finaly, a rug at the entrance would be great as it would help to lessen the amound of beach sand that gets tracked into the rooms. Great location . I must say the floors in the condo were dirty they were swept up but not mopped/washed . After a shower my feet were black any where I went in the condo they black. Beautiful Unit in a Fabulous Location A guest from South Ohio, Nova Scotia recommends this property. Stayed for 25 days in March, 2012 This first time experience more than met our expectations. The unit was beautifully furnished and clean with a spectacular view right on the beach. Many sunsets were truly awesome as captured in numerous photos. Overall, it was quiet except for some students during the last week. We would have appreciated more direct help with our telephone, Internet and TV cable problems but eventually these were resolved to our satisfaction. Our main suggestion is for better sheets. In total, our memories are precious ones made possible by the exceptional unit, location and warm weather. We would love to return. 2011 Vacation KENNETH M. from WAYNE, W.VA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2011 This was our second vacation @ Indian Shores, Florida. We LOVE the area. Not a crowded beach. Perfect area to take the kids. The condo was GREAT. We could open the sliding glass door (which faces the ocean) & here the ocean while I was sitting on the couch. The balcony view is as good as you can get (even if you pay $300.00 a night). And I can not say enough about how great Martha is to work with.
