Very shabby but clean inside. A guest from Osage Beach, MO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 28 days in February, 2013 The condo is in dire need of updating. The floors squeaked, the oven was antiquated, the dishwasher did not clean. Common necessities like a can opener, pizza cutter, or even a decent carving knife were not furnished. The management company could not help us with any problem we discussed with the cable connection. The deck was too dirty to use. Bens third birthday trip. A guest from Western Springs, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 15 days in October, 2012 This was the third time we stayed at Bay View Villas 120. We love the location and the space. But this time we were disappointed. The first thing we saw was the living room carpet, and it was filthy with black spots where something had been dripped in several places and not cleaned up. The refrifgerator leaked when the ice maker was in the on position. The tub leaked down through the diningroom ceiling. The linoleum was pulling away from the wall behind the toilet on one of the bathrooms. I started to make a cake, got out the electric mixer, and there were no beaters. Also, there was no can opener. We had to use a screwdriver. The remote to the TV on the livingroom had to be replaced. Too much waiting around fir the maintenance man. I love this place, but just felt the upkeep was lacking.
