Had everything we needed and more. Pool was closed for reno - wish we had been told before arrival. Beautiful sunsets and walks on the beach. Close to many little shops and restaurants. great place but a little more info would be helpful A guest from Brighton, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2012 beautiful condo and very comfortable and current decor. would have been helpful to know there were two beach chairs available in closet. also there are cabana style beach double loungers for rent for $25 per day or by week. (after the first couple days all seemed to be rented for entire week) suggestions for rental company or owners to make guests have an easier experience...(these are things you don't bring on a plane and seem silly to have to buy for a weeks stay) salt and pepper, a few individual laundry soap packets, more than 2 rolls of TP - simple inexpensive things that seem like they should be included at $2000/week. other FYI -plenty of dishes, pans, etc provided, linens and bath towels were plentiful, small soaps were available in bathroom, local restaurant info in guest book, winn dixie discount card was spotted on kitchen bulletin board on our last day. all in all it was a comfortable and lovely place with a nice large pool area and a great beach! beach cottage 1 1312 JILL MARIE M. from DOWNING TOWN, PA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in December, 2011 really nice spacious clean condo. NIce hot tub adn pool. Lots of deck and chairs for sunning. Wonderful scenic beach. Good location quick drive to CLearwater beaches, not too far from St. Augustine. Only downside is south side of condo developement gets little sun at this time of year, can be chilly. North side gets sun almost all day. Also seems that dates after Christmas is maintenance time and we dealt with NOISY power washing OFF and On ALL DAY, than Annoying Jack Hammering. We felt safe, great beach, nice pool, great pool deck area. Upon arrival we were disappointed at the cleanliness of our condo. Dirt in shower things not wiped down well, dust everywhere, build up of dirt and grime in kitchen was nasty! The place is decorated nicely, however, needs updated. We would stay here again, but would address the cleanliness before arriving. It really is a nice complex.
