Each time I am very satisfied- clean room and beautiful decor.The only thing that really bothered me is the broken fan in the bathroom. I think it was like that the last time I stayed. That time I assumed it would be fixed sometime in the near future. I know it's just an overhead bathroom fan. However, it's something that should be addressed. Comfortable Condo Ruined by Construction Noise 4 of 7 Days LINDA M. from TAMPA, FLORIDA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in September, 2011 I called to inquire about another location & FL suggested Chateux. Updated, clean, great gulf view, ruined by construction noise 4 of 7 days; 2.5 days of chiseling tile floor above us and 1.5 of hammering, etc. Condo association surely must notify residents/property management of such annoying possibilites. We had rain for the first 2 days of construction and since it was too loud to tolerate being in the condo, we had to find other pass times. It's one thing if you know in advance, and are offered a discount or another location (maybe even the one I picked in the first place). It's another if you ar surprized to have your "quiet get away...chiseled away." My husband called the first day of construction and was not pleased with the way in which the situation was handled. They never even bothered to call us back or apologize for the inconvenience. We'll add a few more questions to our list, when we consider renting again.
