The unit is very nice and we only had a couple of very minor issues. One was only one roll of toilet paper for the week in the unit. The second was no hair dryer. Well unit #407 now has a new hair dryer! We bought one and left it there for others to use. The unit also has beach chairs and a nice cooler for the beach! Overall a great trip and Unit! Chateaux - 407 A guest from KLEINBURG, ON recommends this property. Stayed for 10 days in June, 2012 Absolutely wonderful vacation experience! We have been vacationing in Indian Shores, FL for many years, and this property delivered excellent value, perhaps the best value we have experienced thus far ... only area for improvement lies in the bathroom; the tub and shower head could be upgraded along similar lines as the wonderful job that has been done throughout the rest of the bathroom and entire condo. This, though, was nowhere near a detriment to our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the Chateaux and this unit, and would recommend condo 407 to anyone. We will most certainly be returning next year. Lastly, Martha at Florida Lifestyles was a joy to work with in securing our reservation; we will be reaching out to Martha once again for our next booking. Thank you, Martha ... and thank you to the owner of unit 407 for lending us your wonderful beach front accommodations. There are restaurants with in walking distance. The condo was soo beautiful, the best one we have stayed in. The only negative was the lack of communication when we arrived and found that the driving directions to your office were incorrect when turning left @694 as directed, we had to readjust our route to your office. You need a sign @ the road also, it was raining and dark which added to the difficulty. Other than that all was good and plan to return in sept. or oct.
