Stayed for 10 days in December, 2010
Amazed at all of the negative rules and regulations and fines listed everywhere starting with the paperwork we received and signs all over the property. Not one hospitality focused sign to say enjoy your stay or here's some things to do in the area. You also need a hot tub. Kitchen area in cabinets and drawers were dirty. Some pans were dirty. Location is great but I would pick a different spot next time.

Many complexes, such as this one, require a copy of their rules be given to all arriving guests. We include these rules in the key package along with our Welcome Letter. Our head of housekeeping reported that she never was contacted by the guest to rectify the kitchen concerns and "? would've been happy to take care of them if I would have known."We greatly appreciate all comments. Thank you.
