The condo is huge, and the location on the beach is fantastic. It was very clean, and the amenities (appliances etc) are all excellent. The master bedroom is enormous, the other bedrooms are quite a bit smaller. The main room is very large. Pool was great for the kids.Indian rocks is a quieter community than Clearwater beach, but there are a few restaurants etc you can walk to (Guppys, Keegans, Red Lion, and the French bakery come to mind).We only had two issues with this rental:1. The bed in the master bedroom is either very old, or broken. It's like sleeping in a hot dog bun.2. The maintenance guy barged into the condo one day without so much as knocking. It was huge on the inside and very nicely decorated. Nice pool. It made for a nearly perfect vacation. The only areas for improvement was that the master bedroom bed was pretty bad, bouncy, soft, cheap. It would have been nice if there were some beach chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach...but these are minor complaints. We hope to come back next year! We drove from Pittsburgh with 2 kids and 4 adults and didn't have much room to pack a lot but after getting there we realized we needed only our clothes! They had everything and more! From flashlights to beach chairs! So very clean I didn't mind our smallest child crawling on the floor. Right on the beach, beautiful sunrise and sets. Even a phone call to see that we arrived and friendly customer service if we needed anything which we didn't. We didn't want to leave! Very wonderful! Condo was luxuriously furnished. Everything you could want was there except a beach umbrella and grill which would have been nice to have. Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream stores and park. Only complaint we had was the king size bed sagged in the middle and the sheets didn't stay on (they need to be replaced). And with the tile floors the neighbors upstairs where very noisy. Beach was very shelly(broken shells) when we first got there but the softer sand washed in before we left.(Not as soft as I would have liked it to be).
