350 km north of Rovaniemi, L.Muddusjärvi 30 m (length 20 km, width 3 km), at northern end of a large island called Syrminiemi, shallow shore, bottom, own boat. Traditional style wood and peat cabin 1990, double bed. Separate sauna building (10 m²) 20 m, with steam room and dressing room. Wooden lean-to and fireplace 80 m. Drinking water either from lake or needs to be brought by customer. Exotic charm of Lapland for those with a passion for the wilds. Extremely peaceful location on an island on a large lake. Distance from mainland approx. 5 km. Journey by boat to/from island, or by snowmobile (winter) is included in price. Suitable for two persons with true love of the wilds!

Customers may arrive after 14:00 (2 pm). Impossible to reach location when ice breaking up or forming (i.e. mid May to mid June and in autumn October-November). In winter must be booked at least 2 days before arrival date.

Additional fee for dogs (€20/dog), payment directly to the owner on arrival.
