Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Icod de los Vinos, in a quiet, elevated position on top of a hill, 7 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: grounds 800 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool heated (3 x 7 m, depth 100 - 150 cm, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps. Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly. Room cleaning weekly (included). Parking in the grounds. Grocers 500 m, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach 7 km. Riding stables 4 km.
