Das Wohnzimmer ist mit modernen Möbeln ausgestattet und stellt u.a. Holzofen und Fernseher mit SAT-Empfang zur Verfügung. Das Bad wurde 2010 renoviert. Ideal zum Entspannen ist die hauseigene Sauna. Nur 200 m weiter liegt die herrliche Nordseeküste mit ihrem wunderbaren Sandstrand für Badeausflüge mit der ganzen Familie. Sie wohnen hier unweit des Vogelschutzgebietes Tipperne, das im Süden der Ringkøbing Bucht liegt, und von einem etwa 2 km langen Naturpfad durchzogen wird. An kühleren Tagen kann man dem Schwimmbad in Årgab einen Besuch abstatten. Im Fischerdorf Hvide Sande findet man den fünftgrösste Fischereihafen des Landes, in dem auch Fischauktionen stattfinden. Bei Hvide Sande verläuft die schmale Fahrrinne, durch die kleinere Schiffe vom Ringkøbing Fjord in die Nordsee gelangen können. Die neueste Attraktion der Region Holmsland Klit ist eine Wasserskiseilbahn am Ringkøbing Fjord. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen.
