Zur Wohnung gehört kein Grundstück, aber eine 50 m2 große Terrasse. Die Umgebung ist von Fahrrad- und Gehwegen durchzogen, so dass Sie sie gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erkunden können. Es sind ca. 600 m zur Nordsee. Ein 18-Loch Golfplatz, der auch erfahrene Spieler herausfordert, liegt auch nicht weit vom Haus. Das Legoland ist in rund einer Autostunde erreicht, ebenso wie Esbjerg oder Ringkøbing. Im 20 Minuten entfernten Hvide Sande können Sie frischen Fisch kaufen oder eines der Restaurants aufsuchen. In Bork Havn (etwa 15 Minuten vom Haus) finden Sie Dänemarks größte Windsurfingschule.
