Located along the beach, the Beach Village is one of the most picturesque sections of Palmas del Mar, which in total is quite beautiful, with tropical foliage and landscaping everywhere. Beach Villa 106 is one of the 2 best situated buildings of the Beach Village. It has been said numerous times over the years, that BV-106 has one of the best views in Palmas del Mar. Unlike some of the Beach Village, BV-106 faces the beach, not the road or the golf course. Its all-glass front overlooks the palm tree-lined beach, the Caribbean Sea and the island of Vieques. The roomy terrace, equipped with table and chairs, also faces the beach. Be sure to catch the spectacular sunrises over the sea. And enjoy the pelican air and sea show ? watch them glide over the water and dive for fish. The villa building entrance is, in fact, just steps from the beach to which you may easily carry the provided beach chairs. Nearby is the Beach Village outdoor pool. For the exclusive use of Beach Village Pool Association member/owners and their guests and tenants. This attended pool is enclosed for privacy and gated (ask for the key). Lounge chairs, a shower, and bathroom facilities are provided. In addition, the villa comes with its own numbered parking space on the road side of the building ? it?s even shaded by an almond tree. The villa has central air conditioning. It also has a brand new washer and dryer (in a separate utility room). An iron and ironing board can be found in the bedroom closet. The kitchen has a large refrigerator equipped with an ice maker, a brand new range/oven and dishwasher. It is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster, as well as dishes, utensil, pots and pans,, etc. The villa has free internet access at a new desk (don?t forget your laptop). It has a flat screen TV with cable, including all HBO channels. There is a DVD/VCR combo unit as well. The bedroom has king size bed with crisp white sheets and a white comforter with an accent cushion. It includes a vanity and ample closet space. The villa has tile floors throughout and is painted white with powder blue accent walls. There is generous living area encompassing a dining area that seats 4 and a living room that is comfortably furnished with ample seating. The villa is tastefully decorated with seaside themed wall hangings. The villa has a double locked entry door, with single key access. Maid service is available upon request.
