(3-night minimum) Enjoy the comforts of home in this beautifully renovated, ocean-view one-bedroom with central AC. Condo is 488 sq.ft. plus lanai with table and chairs. With laminate flooring throughout, the living area has a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchenette has granite counter tops, a full-size refrigerator, 3-burner glass cook top, microwave, and large toaster oven (no oven). A long hallway separates the living area from the bedroom with its king bed (two twins) and second flat screen TV. Bathroom has granite counters and walk-in shower with hand-held shower wand (no tub). Rental includes local calls and wifi internet connection. Located in central Waikiki about 2 blocks from the International Market Place and supermarket, this clean, well-managed building has 24-hour security, laundry facilities, a 4th floor sundeck with heated saline pool, lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas, and is also is home to the famous Hy's Steak House. Parking, subject to availability, is $15/day plus tax. This non-smoking accommodation sleeps 4.

Accomodation Size A guest from Medicine Hat, Alberta recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2013 The property was clean and located close to the beach. The description of the property indicated it slept 2-4 people, the hide-a-bed had a very poor matress, making it not very suitable for 4 adults. Our only gripe was the constant noise from the pipes which ran from after 10pm till 4am most nights and not to mention the elevator which makes quite a bit of noise. We felt we could have been given a better overview of where things were and what needed to be done upon our arrival (with phones, computer, etc.). These things were important for us since our luggage had been delayed and we needed to communicate with the airline. Other than that, the staff, particularly Robert, were extremely helpful and friendly and helped to make our stay comfortable and a good overall experience. Some of the bedding was not in good shape (for the pullout bed in the living room); burn holes in the blanket, etc. The air conditioning vent was quite dirty and the battery in the smoke alarm was dying so we were awakened by the beeping. On the positive side, we had a beautiful view of the ocean, the location is perfect and the layout of the unit is very comfortable. Would definitely book that unit again. Stayed for 6 days in April, 2012 It was nice till I started receiving phone calls from the management of complaints from the security for the smallest things like driving 5mph over on the parking lot, for not having a towel with me at the pool, for having a beer by the pool (which I didnt know it was wrong). I felt like I was in 5th grade and getting in trouble. I wasn't comfortable to even talk in the lobby in case I got another phone call. Oh and they couldn't even provide toilet paper. Cheap asses!
