Paul was waiting to greet us and show us around. The property was very well equipped and the building very well maintained. Real benefit with in-room laundry, full size kitchen, included Wi-Fi and the bar-b-que area next to the pool. Great selection of DVD's for evening wind down. The location was perfect with a short walk to Waikiki beach, area hotels, shopping and restaurants. We rented a car and travelled around the island but a car is not necessary if you are just planning on staying in Waikiki. The property included one parking stall in a secure above ground parkade in the building. The beds were comfortable and appeared new and there was a fresh coat of paint on the walls. The property is now nice earthy colors, not the greens shown in the photos. There was beach towels and folding chairs for our use. The building was very quiet, however their is quite a bit of noise from emergency vehicles attending calls in the downtown area. No fault of the property, but I used ear plugs at night. I would 100% stay at this property again. I hope this is helpful if you are planning a trip to Waikiki.
