A nice place to stay in Waikiki A guest from Scranton, PA recommends this property. Stayed for 11 days in December, 2012 The Four Paddle is a very nice place to stay in Waikiki. We love the location and homelike atmosphere. We rented several units for our Christmas visit and were all able to dine together on the patio level. The grills, refrigerator and sink area there made it so easy to prepare a meal together and share it in a very nice and clean place. We were very pleased and he'd a wonderful vacation. Stayed for 9 days in September, 2011 Have stayed at several locations in the Four Paddle, always a great stay and location. This was my first stay at Unit #1606. My one recommendation would be that the owner should get a new mattress. Also the dryer is out of line and is very loud I noticed. However overall had a wonderful stay. Beautiful view----We enjoy our stay at Four Paddle always and our view was even better this year. Everyone in the condominium a Vera L. from Lincoln, Ne. recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in July, 2011 handy for us. We've stayed with Captain Cooks people three times now and will do so again. Barb Sanderson helped us this time and again was informative. Our two problems, minor ones was the ice maker didn't work after first tray of cubes came out and we couldn't get sofa bed to open up for us. Neither was really a problem, just wanted you to know this. We will return and use Captain Cooks people again. Thank you for Hawai'is hospitality and beautiful people. We always feel at home. When it is in the "up" position, it essentially turns off the ice maker. the lever just needed to be pushed in the "down" position to make more ice. We would have been happy to come to instruct on the ice maker and open the sofa bed, if the guest would have called us. Long black hair and small debris....grossed us out a bit. We washed the bedding.The sofa bed mattress is badly stained and my daughter did not sleep on it. She made up the couch and slept on it closed up.The master TV controller didn't work.Overall the place was OK. We had a good time. Stayed for 13 days in April, 2011 What a fabulous place to spend our time in hawaii, it offers amazing views 24 hours a day and although it can be a little noisy (street noise) price you pay for quality location with views to savour from sunrise to sunsets the majority of photos were from here, having all necessities such as fridge and washer dryer made staying here not only easy but also cost effective also look forward to visiting this room again. They are very slick and unstable which makes them impossible to use. I hope by next year the chairs will be more functional for use with the computer.
