Only 2 blocks from Waikiki Beach and numerous restaurants 2 minute walk away. Providing extra space compared to a hotel, the washer/dryer and kitchen facilities were an extra bonus. Free wifi and car park saved us lots. The furniture was slightly worn, but we could not fault the cleanliness of the condo and was we equipped with starter supplies. We were satisfied with the cleanliness, bedding, kitchen equipment (other than lack of salad bowl!), and general condition of the furnishings.Three large problems:1. The sliding door "whistled" when completely closed.2. The bedroom window did not function properly and we couldn't keep it open.3. TV cable had poor to no reception. The location is great: close to Waikiki Beach (2 very short blocks away), a grocery store (one block away) and the international market (2 blocks away). The condo was clean and well furnished. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need to cook a meal. There were lots of towels. It was great to sit on the balcony and have breakfast. Most importantly, the management company was so helpful and easy to deal with.The only minor complaint was the unheated pool. The pool temperature was only 70 degrees during our stay which was too cold for me.We look forward to staying there again some day. The condo location, condition, and cost made this a wonderful stay. The condo had two beds in the bedroom, which works for us as we have a young son who travelled with us. We have family here in Hawaii and we had a rental car for our entire stay so we can get around so the included parking was a must for us. The only negative thing to say was there is only one air conditioner unit (window unit) in the living room, however there is no air conditioner in the bedroom. The only thing was that the bedroom does not have central air so it gets a little stuffy however you are in Hawaii so with the windows open its amazing. The condo was spacious and airy, very clean and neat, exactly as the pictures on the internet. The kitchen was packed with everything that you required to cook. There was ample storage space both in the wardrobe and on the shelves in the bathroom. It was a pleasant walk to the beach, shops and restaurants in Waikiki. The complex was secure, with a Resident Manager and very quiet. The pool and BBQ area was sunny and clean with hardly anybody using this area. The parking stall was the best in the building, plenty of space. I would most certainly recommend this to anyone staying in Waikiki and if we are lucky enough to return to Hawaii, would definitely stay in this condo again.
