Very close (1-2 blocks) to nearby markets and shops. Also only 3 blocks to Waikiki beach. Neighborhood felt safe to walk the streets at anytime. It was great to have a full kitchen and washer & dryer. Saved lots by preparing and eating most meals at the condo. Wonderful panaramic views of the mountains and waterways. Very secure facilities. Didn't have to deal with the hassle of giving access to daily room cleaners. It felt like home. Only negative was the noise from all the ambulances and trash trucks. I guess it makes sense when you figure how densely populated the area is; also, we were starting to get acclimated to the noises.
