Everything I needed for my stay was within reach. Mall across the parking lot if I wanted to go shopping, very good local food and store only blocks away. Ala Moana VRBO Room A guest from Saipan, MP recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in May, 2012 I always love staying at the Ala Moana Hotel. It has an excellent location and the rooms are always clean. The only difficulty I faced in the VRBO rooms is help with maintenance. The shower dripped all night long, which I fixed by placing a towel in the tub to lessen the noise. Regular hotel maintenance cannot be called for these sorts of issues on VRBO rooms - so it is a bit more difficult if the room has any problems.
