Stayed for 58 days in January, 2013 Some maintenance issues were noticed upon arrival:faulty light switch, slow sink drain,broken towel rack, toilet mechanism. All these were taken care of within a few minutes after being reported. Under bed cleaning could be better. In looking, found someone's flip-flops under the bed and a lot of dirt. I recommend new mattresses. They are uncomfortable. An overall good experience in the unit. A big concern is with the reservation communication. I had great difficulty in connecting with the firm last Fall. I sent several messages and waited several weeks before receiving an answer. This happened several times until I was able to confirm a booking. I am unsure if I will book with this firm in the future. Overall, my stay was quite satisfactory. Hey, it's beautiful Hawaii. An enjoyable vacation home Reviewed by: David J. recommends this property. Stayed for 33 days in January, 2012 This is not the first time I've stayed here. I find it very comfortable and convenient to activities in Waikiki. I like it here, that's why I continue to return. The agency staff is very accomodating. I am very pleased overall, but would recommend better mattresses on the beds. I shall return to Hawaii and Island Colony!
