Close to everything; world famous Waikiki beach, world class shopping, romantic dining and dancing.We offer a wide variety of units within this property: studios with kitchenettes; one bedroom/one bath units with full kitchens; all with lanais; some with views of the ocean or Ala Wai canal; a wide variety of sleeping arrangements, just let us know your preferences.Amenities:The large pool and sundeck are located on the sixth floor along with a convenience store, coin-op laundry, and sauna. There is public parking in the building for aprx. $18.00 per night. Long term parking is available monthly at reduced rates, aprx $135. A car rental agency, video rental store ,and internet cafe are located on the ground floor.The bus stops within a block from the property and offers transportation to the beach, local attractions, Pearl Harbor, Ala Moana Shopping Center, the Aloha Flea Market, Aloha Marketplace, Hanauma Bay, as well as trips around the Island.

Great vacation in Hawaii

Stayed for 11 days in April, 2013
This was the first time for our family to stay in condo. Previously (7 times) we used to book hotel rooms with kitchen/kitchenette. Initially we were a bit nervous about the condo, but reading other people reviews encouraged us and we decided to give it a try. Experience was really great. Property was clean, it had all we needed. There were only 3 plates and glasses instead of 4 but it didn't cause much issue. There was even a small beach chair and umbrella in the condo for us to enjoy on the beach. And we saved quite a bit of money as compared to previous stays as well.Overall, we were really satisfied, and we will gladly stay again next time we travel to Waikiki.

Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013
The room was in poor condition ~ missing window glass, stains on carpet and towels, dirty carpet. The jacuzzi was closed for the week I was there. Laundry drier was in poor condition and put black marks on my clothes. My complaints were ignored by upper management.
