The Krater house has been nicely furnished with Mountain style furnishings and can accommodate large groups comfortably. It has a spacious living area upstairs with kitchen, bathroom, separate TV room with big screen, master bedroom and one additional bedroom; downstairs are three more bedrooms and a bathroom.

There is a washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, fully equipped kitchen, cable television, VCR, DVD, cable internet access, stereo with CD and cassette, fireplace, charcoal BBQ on the deck with a gas lighter and patio furniture (weather permitting). This property is landscaped and has a horseshoe pit and croquet set.

Summer access to Chamberland's private beach, pool and tennis.
