Located in the heart of Hollywood, you are steps from the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the world famous Mann's Chinese Theatre and the Kodak Theatre, where the Oscars telecast live. This apartment includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with blond wood cabinetry, granite counters and stainless steel appliances, a stacked washer/dryer in the hallway closet and a queen bed, walk in closet and full bath en suite. The living room suede sofa pulls out to a queen sized bed. A dining table for four and a flat screen television complete the living area. Tableware and linens are provided, as is complimentary wi-fi internet connection and underground gated parking for one vehicle. If you decide not to rent a car, the station for red metro line is on the block and it takes 15 minutes to go to Downtown LA or to Universal Studios by subway. Located on the 7th floor, enjoy a city and Hollywood Hills view from your balcony, showcasing a closeup of the ?Hollywood? sign, the Capital Records building and CNN. You have full access to a state of the art gym and the 3rd floor community club level, which includes a lap pool, jacuzzi, stainless steel barbeque grills and club lounge with flat screen television and a view of the pool. Stayed for 8 days in December, 2012 This rental property is in a great location, its close to all the major cities, highways, malls, and restaurants. The apartment is very secure, I had no worries. The residents were friendly and the staff was very helpful. The apartment was accessible, it was very easy to get in and out. I was very pleased with my overall stay, the only issue is housing keeping could clean a little more. It wasn't horrible, just need a few adjustments in that department.Beside that minor issue, anyone will love this apartment!!! I know I'll be booking this location on my next visit back to LA. Stayed for 5 days in October, 2012 Hello,We had a great stay at the jefferson location on hollywood Blvd. great location!..very clean. we enjoyed the super hot jacuzzi after long days in the theme parks and studio tours. the bed was great and the washer and dryer helps dry those clothes after jacuzzi time ;-).we have decided that we will be staying here on all our future trips to california. the only downside we had and it was a small one was when we had to check out we were unclear about what to do when the lease office was not open but we found a solution and all was good and the stay was incredible. GREAT LOCATION. A guest from Calgary, AB recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in May, 2012 Thank you for having us. The location was FANTASTIC. It couldn't get any better. The apartment was very cute. Underground secure parking was a bonus. If we had to give constructive criticism it would be in terms of cleanliness. The property had a 'smell' to it. We realized it was coming from the garbage shute that is right next to it. We bought candles & air fresheners and that seemed to help (but not 100%). Also, we don't think the duvet covers were cleaned. Both had stains on them. We knew they were not permanent stains as we were able to wash them. After that, we got so nervous that we spend the first evening pre-washing all of the linens and towels. What would also help is to have additional vanity mirror somewhere outside the bathroom (perhaps in the bedroom above the dresser) for a lady to be able to get ready while the bathroom is in use. It was a bit challenging having to share that space. Other than that things went pretty smooth with everything else. We weren't inside enough to really have any major issues and the convenience of having everything so close overpowered everything. It was great. We appreciated the location and size and quality of our rental. A couple of suggestions I would make would be for the meet and greet team to give more specific directions for meeting upon arrival. We were unsure where to meet Sue, because she didn't give us a street marker to identify where she would meet us. Also, the internet didn't work for the first 2 days when we arrived, but AE did bring a piece of equipment that did allow it to work for the last 3 days of our stay. Also, the unit could have been better equipped for guests. There wasn't enough toilet paper, no dishwasher soap, no salt and pepper, and no hand soap in the bathroom. Additionally, one day on our stay the water was cut off from tbe building until after 4:00 pm.
