The living room, is furnished in comfy couches, custom entertainment center with a 42" large screened TV, fireplace and leads to the 1st of 2 wide verandas that run the length of the home. The gorgeous dining room has a fireplace and large dining table that can seat 10. The master suite with private bath is located on this floor also hosts a fireplace that you can enjoy from both the bedroom and the whirlpool spa. 2 guest bedrooms each with private baths are also located on this floor, as well as a half bath. On the 2nd floor you?ll find another family room with entertainment center and 42" TV, wet bar with wine cooler. This room leads out to a wonderful veranda that overlooks the ocean. The 2nd master suite with private bath is located on this floor. This suite hosts a very large garden tub and has wonderful views of the ocean. The 3rd master suite is on the opposite side of this family room and again has the wonderful garden tubs and views of the ocean. 2 more guest bedrooms are located on this floor, each with private bath. The pool is 15 ft x 30 ft and has an 8 foot spa. For the possible rainy day new for 2011 we've added a ping pong table in the garage. FREE tennis at the Van Der Meer Shipyard tennis center. Our week was awesome. There really aren't any other words to describe it. Plan to try and rent it again in 2012. Loved the park James K. from Erie, PA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2010 Couple maintenance issues:Few balasters on staircase loose.1/2 bath sink drains slow2nd fl master right sink drains slow.Should consider window coverings for small windows in doubles and twins rooms.Both patio umbrellas were inoperable.Osmosis filter under sink needs new filters.Doorknob on 1st fl queen by 1/2 bath fell off. We put it back on.Biggest issue - Paid for pool/spa heating. Somehow pool lost prime. Didn't realize until we returned from golf late on Thurs. Called Fri a.m. Pool tender came late, so we had two days without pool heat. Would you consider partial refund?Besides pool, these were all minor and did not affect the wonderful time had by all. The house was not as clean this past year and put together as it was the year before. There appeared to be sand fleas or fleas or something in the home that ended up on us and in our clothing, and the grill had no propane in the tank. However, the year prior we had no problems and we are planning to revisit this year. The home is exceptional and The Vacation Company is accomodating and professional. We enjoy our time in HH every year b/c of this house, it's location (right on the beach), the views, and the space. It's a great home for kids!
