Stayed for 7 days in May, 2007 We checked in on 5/26/07 and as soon as we got there we noticed the hot tub was filthy and not working. We called management and they said they would have it fixed no later than Tuesday (due to holiday). It was never fixed after two more calls. The hot tub is one of the features we make sure our rental will have. We have come to Hilton Head every year since 1974, and we chose to rent from another company for 2008.
