The first floor includes a large living area with a 52 inch flat screen TV, a chefs kitchen and dining room and the 1st master suite with bedroom with a garden tub in the bathroom. The 2nd floor has five more bedrooms including another master with garden tub. The 1st of these is the 2nd master bedroom with king bedding and a private. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen bedding and a private bathroom. The 4th & 5th bedrooms have twin bedding and share a bathroom. 3 bedrooms look over the pool from the large upstairs porch. Bike trails provide easy access to nearby shopping and dining and the beach is a short 1 block walk away. FREE wireless high speed internet access. FREE tennis at the Van Der Meer Shipyard Racquet Club. 7TV's, 2DVD players. 6BR, 4.5BA, 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 4 twins, 1 Queen Sleeper. We could not get the side door to be securely locked and by the end of the week the doors leading out to the pool were not locking. It was a security concern for sure. We also had problems with mosquitoes infesting the downstairs bedroom. We did enjoy staying there and had a great time.
