As you enter the front door you are greeted by a sitting area with a wet bar, ice maker, TV and DVD player. This is sure to be the kid's hangout area. Three of the bedrooms are located on the first floor. The first room has 2 twin beds, TV, a private bathroom with Tub/Shower; there is an ocean view from this bedroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, TV, and a private bath with a shower stall this room also offers ocean views. Next is a bedroom that has two double beds, TV, and private bathroom with tub/shower.
Just up a few steps you will find another bedroom with two double beds, TV and a large bathroom with a garden tub and shower stall. Head up just a few more stairs to the main living area. Off to the right is the large open kitchen that looks out to the ocean. The kitchen has corian counters and plenty of cabinet space. The breakfast bar has extra seating, and there is a kitchen table that seats 4. There are glass sliding doors that go out onto the balcony. The balcony has plenty of seating to enjoy the lovely ocean views. The BBQ grill is located on this balcony.
The family room has plenty of lush seating for the family to enjoy. The formal dining room has seating for 8. The family area has ocean views on one side and a balcony that overlooks the pool on the backside of the house.
The pool is large and the hot tub can be heated separately for an additional fee.
