Beautifully remodeled Forest Beach home rental leaves nothing to chance. 4 bedrooms plus a den (5th bedroom) , 5 baths, HEATED POOL & HOT TUB (pool heat, add'l fee; please inquire), and 2nd row ocean, takes all the thinking out of your vacation plans. This gorgeous home has a wide open floor plan that is warm and inviting, while leaving nooks and crannies available for side escapes (take a nap in the den, read a book in an alcove, lollygag on the roof on comfortable, padded chairs, etc.). Extra features you wouldn't have thought of, like a FULLY ENCLOSED TIKI BAR RIGHT BY THE POOL, WITH SAUNA. Perfect! Plasma TV's everywhere, ping-pong & pool tables, walk to the beach, you could get lost having fun before ever leaving the premise. In the center of the house, is a warm, distressed-wood dining room table with seating for 12, and is accommodated by a huge, chef's kitchen with 8 stove burners, a double oven, and plenty of corian-topped counter space for prepping. On one side of the dining area, is a large living room with flat-screen TV, while off to the front, is a private den, that can be converted to a 5TH Bedroom. Hardwood & large tiled flooring accented with oriental rugs make high traffic areas easy to navigate. Off the kitchen across the decking (where the hot tub temptingly bubbles away) is a separate master suite for getting away from it all. There is also a landing area here with large gas grill to feed the ones who may want to dine outside by the pool and ping-pong table. Yes, could this get any more decadent? You will of course be encouraging everyone to break your home rules by playing while eating, and maybe even sitting at the table in a bathing suit. Horrors. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms including a 2ND MASTER SUITE WITH EXTRA DEN AND 2 TV'S. One more staircase takes you up to the rooftop sun-deck where more padded chairs wait for you to take time to survey the serfdom surronding your home, while you gaze across to the glittering Atlantic Ocean. Getting a clear picture? I think I'm done here. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET; 8 TV's, 3 DVD players, stereo system in living room, master bedroom, and Tiki Bar; 5 BR, 5 BA; 1 king, 2 queen beds, 2 twins, 1 queen sleeper sofa; sleeps 10.

Based on the cost - DISAPPOINTED Chris G. from Nappanee, IN does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2010 Here is a list of some of the issues at 66 Dune Lane (they are in random order):1. Half of the burners in the kitchen worked.2. Seemed to have a lot of things that needed some attention or repair - stoves, bathrooms, porches, pool table, light bulbs, fans, hot tub.2. The grill would not light and the grill was absolutely filthy.3. Condition of bathrooms not good. Toilets dirty, floors dirty in corners, calcium build up on drains, shower curtains dirty.4. Mouse droppings found when we used the sofa sleeper.5. Roaches6. Could not get cold water at times from the kitchen faucets.7. House had a musty smell. Needed to be aired out.8. The smell in the Tiki Lounge was offensive.We loved the space and the location of the house, but we were very disappointed that things were not top notch as far as cleanliness and general repair. With the amount of money we spent to rent the home, we thought that it would have been much better. Tell the owner that if they are truly trying to sell the home, it needs some MAJOR work if they are trying to get 2.5 million for it.
