This pretty 2nd row ocean Low Country design beach home has 5 bedrooms plus bonus room in the garage, 4.5 baths with *HEATED POOL has all the makings of a perfect vacation. A large open porch with rocking chairs greets you as you arrive. On the first level of the home you'll find the large great room that encompasses the living room, dining room and kitchen with breakfast bar. Leading off of the dining area is a large pool, patio and grill. The half bath and laundry room are nearby to the kitchen.Going downstairs off the garage area you'll find a private suite with queen bedroom and private bath, in addition this suite has a den with queen sleeper sofa. Back on the 2nd floor there is a master bedroom that is furnished with a king bed and en-suite bathroom and is quite spacious. On the 3rd floor there are 3bedrooms. The 1st is a king bedroom and en-suite bath. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom has twin bedding. These 2 bedrooms shared a bath. 50" HD Plasma TV. FREE wireless internet service. 5TV's, 1 DVD. 5 BDR, 4.5 BA. 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 4 Twins, Queen Sleeper. Sleeps 12.*Pools can be heated at an additional charge. This pool has a gas pool heater . The cost per week is $575-$878 (depending on the season) to heat Pool.

Comfortable and Functional - Great Location A guest from Bowie, MD recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in May, 2010 The house was cute and spacious. The furnishings inside were nice. The inside was clean. There were some broken towel bars, toilet paper holders, etc. that could have used tending to. Having 2 refrigerators was awesome! The basement bedroom was literally in the basement behind the garage, and it smelled kind of musty. The outside patio furniture and deck weren't well kept, and needed a good cleaning. But - how can you really complain when you're staying so close to the ocean? It was a comfortable space, and we enjoyed our time there.
