These handsome villas are actually duplex homes, open on three sides to the delightful views and gentle lolling breezes. Each villa is cedar built with sashed windows and wide screened porches - reminiscent of Outer Banks architecture, or the shores of Cape Cod. The 1st floor of this villa has an open living area that encompasses the kitchen, dining area and living room.
