The Fazio pool is only a few steps from the back deck of this 4 bedroom and 3-bath, end unit townhouse.

Just off the two-story foyer is a short hallway, giving access to a full bath, and leading to a bedroom with a queen-size bed, double closets, a TV/VCR/DVD, and a cathedral ceiling. The foyer also leads to the fully equipped, galley-style kitchen that has all new countertops and appliances, a breakfast area with a table for 4, and a pass-through window to the dining room.

The formal dining area features a table for 8, a large buffet, a wet bar, and a wall of windows with a slider door to the covered deck. The deck has an additional table for outdoor dining, as well as a landscape and pool view.

The spacious livingroom has a comfortable seating group, a TV/VCR/DVD, and large windows with views of the pool.

The sunny master bedroom is found on the 2nd floor and features a king-size bed, a TV/VCR, triple closets, a pool view, and a private bath. Also on the 2nd floor are 2 more bedrooms that share a bath. Each bedroom has 2 twin beds and 1 room has a slider door to a private balcony.

Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and Mall.

Fazio Villas have an on-site pool and are only a short walk to the beach or the tennis courts. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
