The first level of home has a open floor plan that includes a living and dining area with wet bar, kitchen with eat in area and sitting room. Also on this level you will find the master bedroom suite with king bed and large adjoining master bath with whirlpool tub, separate shower and double vanity. There is a large deck on the first level overlooking the golf course and pool and spa. On the second level there are three bedrooms, each with adjoining bathrooms and a cozy sitting area in the loft. The home is centrally located in Sea Pines Plantation and is convenient to both the beach and Harbour Town. 3K, 4 twins. Sleeps 10 comfortably.*Pools can be heated at an additional charge. This pool has a gas pool heater . The cost per week is $575-$878 (depending on the season) to heat Pool & Spa.

Stayed for 7 days in April, 2009 just a note that I probably won't use that property again as the pool is to expensive to heat plus either the pool is to hot or the hot tub is to cold. we had them turn the pool heater down and then the hot tub got cold so we had then turn it back up. Very nice, but needs to be remodeled. A guest from Ashland, VA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2007 We stayed at 9 Loblolly during August 2007. We chose the property mainly because of the number of bedrooms and the pool/spa. Since we have very small children, we weren't all that concerned about proximity to the beach. All in all this house is nice but needs to be remodeled, in my opinion. My guess is that the home was built in the 80s and that the furnishings are original. The kitchen is spacious but needs to be updated as well. One other issue is that, since our children go to bed so early, the adults had planned to spend evenings in the large, open family room watching movies together, but the only TV that's not in the bedrooms is in the eat-in kitchen area, which only seats a few people (on plastic couches and chairs). This made for uncomfortable viewing, so we ended up not watching movies afterall. The pool area is very nice and was maintained well. The view from the pool is also nice, but since it backs directly up to the golf course there can be privacy issues during the day, as golf carts come very close to the pool area.
