The house has a great layout, but it could have been cleaned better before we arrived. The floors were dirty. Nice yard and the teens enjoyed the room over the garage. It is VERY comfortable. The ranch style was a beneficial as well, as my wifes parents are elderly and climbing stairs can be difficult for them, especially in a home that they were unfamiliar with. The Vacation Company employees were very nice to work with in the rental process. We drove to the house, punched in the entry code, and that was it. 115 Mooring Buoy April 2008 A guest from Orange, CT recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2008 Overall we were incredibly happy with the house. The layout and the proximity to the beach were great. The house was very clean and the rooms were all large. The kitchen was perfect for cooking for a large group of people and the pool was very nice. The only downside to the house was the back porch - you couldn't walk on it without shoes because the wood was splintering very badly. We had an issue with the toilets not flushing properly, but the property manager came out shortly after our call and the plumber came out that same day to fix the problems. Spring Vacatuion in HH Kevin M. from Orange, CT recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2008 Everything was fine , with one exception. We paid to have the pool heated . When we arrived on Saturday it was not heated or cleaned and the heater was not working. I placed a call to The Vacation Company and Sean was very responsive send out someone on Sunday morning , the pool was not available to us until late Monday which was a disapointment as we had small children with us who were looking forward to using the pool, when it was up to temp. by Tuesday and was fine for the rest of the week.
