Beautiful, just doesn't say enough. this home is sure to meet your vacation needs. All new furniture throughout the home. All of the walls and trim have fresh paint, and new stucco on the outside. The dock and deck have been done also. The pool has been refinished .New harwood flooring throughout the home.

The kitchen has dark granite counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances. While preparing your family meal you can enjoy each other's company with the open floor plan between the kitchen and den. There is a dinnette for 4 in the kitchen. The den offers a wall mounted TV and a leather sofa.

There is a formal dining room with seating for 8. The family room is cozy and comfortable with a large wall mounted TV for your to enjoy. this room looks out over the pool and lagoon.

The master suite is large, with a king size bed, large master bath with spa tub and shower, large TV, a private sitting room with windows that over look the pool and lagoon. The first guest room has 2 queen beds and private bathroom with a stand up shower. The second guest room has a King bed, private bath with a tub/shower, and TV. The fourth bedroom has four twin beds, a private bath and wall mounted TV.

Please specify # of security gate passes are needed at time of reservation; 1 pass per car $10/week.

Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and Mall. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
